V-108 Airway Segments Removed Near Concord

The FAA proposes to remove segments of VOR Federal Airway V-108 near Concord, California because the Concord VOR/DME will be decommissioned as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program. Pilots who currently use V-108 will need to use alternate routes V-392 or V-150 or request air traffic control radar vectors to reach the San Francisco Bay Area; comments on the proposal are due April 10, 2026.

FAA Certifies Minimal Small-Business Impact

The FAA determined this proposed amendment is not a "significant regulatory action" and certified it will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities under the Regulatory Flexibility Act. The agency says the anticipated impact is minimal and does not warrant a regulatory evaluation.
