Visitors May Be Asked Short Recreation Surveys

If you visit Bureau of Reclamation reservoirs or recreation areas, you may be asked to complete a voluntary survey twice a year. Reclamation estimates 696 total annual respondents, each survey will take about 15 minutes (an average of 20 questions), for a total estimated 140 burden hours per year.

Demographic Questions Will Be Revised

Reclamation will revise respondent demographic questions to conform with Executive Order 14168 (January 20, 2025) and OMB's 2024 Statistical Policy Directive No. 15. These changes apply to the approved list of survey questions that Reclamation will use going forward.
