Helps Small Businesses Access OCC Contracts

The OCC will use the Supplier Registration Form to build a robust internal database of interested small businesses and, in coordination with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration, to help meet annual small business contracting goals. If you are a small business, registering can help maximize your participation in OCC procurement.

Updated OCC Supplier Registration Form

If you are a supplier or business that wants to work with the OCC, you will use an updated OCC Supplier Registration Form (OMB Control No. 1557-0316). The OCC is changing the format of the business classification section but says suppliers can still provide the same classification information; the form is estimated to take 10 minutes per response and the OCC estimates 100 respondents with a total annual burden of 17 hours.

Time Burden for Suppliers to Register

The OCC estimates the Supplier Registration Form will be completed by about 100 respondents on occasion, taking about 10 minutes per response and totaling an estimated 17 hours of burden annually. If you register, expect to spend roughly 10 minutes filling out the form.

No New Fees for Registration

The OCC states the renewal of the Supplier Registration Form involves no new fees. If you register or update your supplier information, the OCC is not charging a new fee for this submission.
