You must file FCC Form 1068A

If you operate or apply for assignment of frequencies in the 72–76 MHz band, you must submit FCC Form 1068A to meet the Commission's information collection requirements (OMB Control No. 3060-0132). The form is required to obtain or retain benefits, is estimated to take 0.5 hours (30 minutes) per response, and the FCC estimates 300 respondents and a total annual burden of 150 hours; the notice states total annual cost: No costs.

Must agree to stop TV interference

Applicants using 72–76 MHz operational fixed stations must agree to eliminate any harmful interference their operation causes to television reception on channel 4 or channel 5 as part of the FCC Form 1068A requirements under 47 CFR 90.257. The FCC will use the form data to decide whether submissions meet the rule requirements for assignment of frequencies in the 72–76 MHz band.
