Hybrid public meeting — no registration

The National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research will hold a hybrid public meeting on December 7-8, 2026 (Dec 7: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Dec 8: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) at 6710 B Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD, and online via NIH Videocast (https://videocast.nih.gov/). Registration is not required to attend in person or virtually.

How to give written or oral comments

Any member of the public may file written comments by sending a statement with name, address, telephone number, and affiliation to the listed Contact Person. To present oral comments, you must notify the Contact Person at least 10 days before the meeting, submit a letter of intent and brief description, and (if accepted) presentations may be limited to five minutes with only one representative per organization.

Individuals who plan to attend in person or view the virtual meeting and need special assistance or reasonable accommodation should notify the Contact Person listed in advance of the meeting.

On-campus entry and ID requirements

Visitors attending the meeting on campus will be subject to NIH security procedures: visitor vehicles (including taxis and shuttles) will be inspected before being allowed on campus, and visitors will be asked to show one form of identification (for example, a government-issued photo ID, driver's license, or passport) and state the purpose of their visit.
