Term Grazing Permit Application Continues

The FS‑2200‑016 Application for Term Grazing Permit collects information the Forest Service uses to evaluate applicants for term grazing permits authorizing ongoing use of NFS lands. The form is estimated at 15 minutes per response, with about 650 respondents annually.

Official Grazing Agreement Form Added

The Forest Service is creating an official Grazing Agreement form that documents the relationship between the Agency and grazing associations/districts, lists grazing allotments and the number of permitted head‑months, and requires the signature of the grazing association president. Refund/Credit/Transfer Option Remains Available

Temporary Grazing Permit Authorization

Escrow Waiver Records Loans and Permit Risk

The FS‑2200‑013 Escrow Waiver of Term Grazing Permit Privileges form collects lender name, loan amount, and repayment date so the Forest Service can hold grazing privileges in escrow for a lender and notify the lender of issues. The form is estimated to take 15 minutes with about 45 respondents annually.
