Written requests must be sent to Chris Hanson, Manager, Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum, 660 W 400 N, Blanding, UT 84511-4000, or by the provided email; eligible requestors include any of the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations named in this notice, or any lineal descendant or other tribe/organization that shows cultural affiliation by a preponderance of the evidence. If competing requests are received, the museum will decide the most appropriate requestor; joint requests are treated as a single request.
