The collection is used to determine Indian status, provide notice to Tribes and parents or Indian custodians, and maintain records; it covers 7,556 annual respondents, 98,069 annual responses, takes from 15 minutes up to 12 hours per response, totals 301,811 annual burden hours, and has $286,362 in total annual nonhour costs.
