DoD Must-Buy Combat Knives

Starting April 25, 2026, two combat knife products (NSN 1095-01-619-0636 and NSN 1095-01-609-1271) are added to the Procurement List as mandatory purchases for the Department of Defense, DLA Land and Maritime. The authorized supplier is Toolworks, Inc., San Francisco, CA, which will be the required nonprofit source for those custodial services.

Multiple Nonprofit Contracts Removed

Also effective April 25, 2026, multiple services previously on the Procurement List are deleted, including janitorial/custodial, custodial & grounds maintenance, administrative services, and grounds maintenance at facilities such as the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Richard L. Roudebush VAMC (Indianapolis, IN), Norfolk Naval Base (Norfolk, VA), DLA facilities in Battle Creek, MI, Army sites in Sault Ste. Marie, MI and Fort Lawton Cemetery in Seattle, WA, and the GAO Dayton field office in Dayton, OH. The authorized sources previously listed (for example, GW Commercial Services, Didlake, Peckham Vocational Industries, Northern Transitions, AtWork!, Sara's Mentoring Center, and Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley) are no longer mandatory sources for those contracting activities.
