The values are: electricity $0.1722 per kWh; natural gas $1.43 per therm; No. 2 heating oil $3.56 per gallon; propane $2.35 per gallon; and kerosene $3.39 per gallon. Manufacturers must use these revised costs to calculate estimated annual operating costs and to comply with FTC labeling comparability requirements.
