Aviastar-TU Export Privileges Denied

Aviastar-TU is banned from participating in any transaction involving items exported from the United States that are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The Order was issued March 31, 2026 and is effective immediately for one year (until March 31, 2027).

U.S. Parties Barred From Supplying Aviastar

No person may export, reexport, or transfer (in-country) to or on behalf of Aviastar any item subject to the EAR, except items directly related to safety of flight and authorized by BIS under Section 764.3(a)(2). This restriction is effective March 31, 2026 for one year.

Financing and Acquisition Support Prohibited

No person may take actions that facilitate Aviastar's acquisition, ownership, possession, or control of any item subject to the EAR — including financing or other support — except for safety-of-flight items authorized by BIS under Section 764.3(a)(2). The prohibition is effective March 31, 2026 for one year.

Servicing and Maintenance Restrictions

You may not service (install, maintain, repair, modify, or test) any item subject to the EAR that is owned, possessed, or controlled by Aviastar if such service involves use of any item subject to the EAR, except safety-of-flight actions authorized by BIS under Section 764.3(a)(2). The restriction is effective March 31, 2026 for one year.
