Public Meeting Dates and Registration

You can attend the U.S. Election Assistance Commission Standards Board Annual Meeting on April 16, 2026 (9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CT) and April 17, 2026 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. CT) at The Drake in Chicago. Registration is required and must be completed on or before April 10, 2026 at the event page listed by the EAC.

Standards Board Membership Structure

Under the Help America Vote Act, the EAC Standards Board is made up of 110 members: 55 state election officials and 55 local election officials. The Board assists the EAC in carrying out its HAVA mandates and will use the annual meeting to conduct regular business and discuss EAC updates and upcoming programs.
