One-time Cabinet Installation Fee

If your firm installs a Cabinet in NY11-5 at Nasdaq GEMX's Carteret, NJ data center, you will pay a one-time installation fee of $5,940 and there is no ongoing monthly fee for that Cabinet. This change is operative on April 1, 2026 and customers will not be charged until they are given access to the space.

Power Circuit Installation and Monthly Fees

For Extension Area Power Circuit Offerings in NY11-5, installation fees are $3,600 for all Phase 1 options and $4,560 for Phase 3 options. Ongoing monthly fees for NY11-5 are set to mirror NY11-4: Phase 1 20 amp 240V = $2,640.00; Phase 1 32 amp 240V = $4,224.00; Phase 1 40 amp 240V = $5,280.00; Phase 3 20 amp 415V = $7,906.58; Phase 3 32 amp 415V = $12,650.53. These fees are effective on or about April 1, 2026.

Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Fees

Nasdaq GEMX set installation fees for Extension Area PDUs in NY11-5 at $4,100 for Phase 1, $5,260 for Phase 3, and $2,000 for the Switch Monitored PDU Add On. The Exchange proposes an ongoing monthly fee of $0 for these PDUs. These terms are effective on or about April 1, 2026 and customers may optionally supply their own PDUs instead.

Billing Starts Only After Access

The Exchange states customers will not be fee liable until Nasdaq provides access to the NY11-5 space for immediate use. The Exchange anticipates providing access on or about April 1, 2026, and will announce timing changes via the Nasdaq Customer Portal and email.
