Pulaski Technical College gets more improvement funding

The law authorizes an extra $25 million from cash funds for University of Arkansas–Pulaski Technical College capital improvements in fiscal year 2025-2026. This adds to funding in Section 4 of Act 31 of 2025; it does not create household payments. Spending cannot exceed the appropriation or legally available funds. The college must follow state purchasing, budgeting, salary, education spending, and other fiscal rules, including finance department regulations. Spending must also match the purposes recorded in state budget materials and legislative records. An emergency clause gives the law immediate effect upon passage and approval.
