More funding for pregnancy help organizations

The law adds $1.5 million for Pregnancy Help Organization grants in fiscal year 2025–2026, beyond Act 1006's existing funding. It also transfers $3.5 million from the General Revenue Allotment Reserve Fund to the program's grant sub-fund. The law takes effect upon passage and approval, with the transfer required immediately. Spending must stay within legally available funding and follow state purchasing, accounting, budget, revenue, and salary rules. Spending must also match the purposes recorded in state budget documents and related legislative records. The money goes to organizations, not directly to households.
