Funding for families’ autism support centers

Beginning July 1, 2026, the law provides $250,000 from the University of Arkansas Fund for Partners for Inclusive Communities. It funds development of a state center and satellite centers for autism and related disabilities across Arkansas. The centers provide training, advice, and support to families and professionals. Funds cover staff, operating costs, matching funds, and grants for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The law does not set an individual payment amount.

Court fees fund Arkansas law school

The law provides $800,000 for University of Arkansas–Fayetteville School of Law expenses from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The money comes from special revenue raised by existing additional circuit-court filing fees. The law does not change those fees or create direct household payments.

For July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, University of Arkansas–Fayetteville can employ up to 5,591 regular employees. The law sets maximum pay by job across faculty, administration, technology, project management, and auxiliary services. Its technology staffing pool includes 194 positions. The university can also hire up to 3,208 temporary or part-time employees when needed.
