The law directs the California Secretary of State to remove Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 13 from the ballot. ACA 13 otherwise would have appeared on the November 3, 2026 statewide ballot. California voters will not vote on this amendment. The Legislature used its authority, with two‑thirds votes in each house, to order the withdrawal.
