Broader access to migrant support services

Colorado’s Welcome, Reception, and Integration Grant Program drops its one-year U.S. arrival limit. Migrants must still be ineligible for federal support services or refugee resettlement assistance benefits. Grant recipients must prioritize migrants who arrived within the past three years. They must use grant money for one or more services or programs listed in state law. Meeting the migrant definition does not guarantee services.
