Colorado students lose inclusive college grant support

Colorado ended the Inclusive Higher Education Grant Program on July 1, 2025. The law cuts the program’s state General Fund funding by $450,000 for the 2025–26 budget year. Students and colleges served by the program lose this grant-funded support. The law does not specify how much support each student or college loses.
