More mental health help at school clinics

The law lets the Delaware Division of Public Health approve supervised clinical training rotations at school-based health centers. With this approval, supervised mental health trainees can help provide care in school clinics. Centers still use licensed professionals, but supervised trainees may provide services when the approved training rules are followed. This can expand on-site mental health support for students. The law does not add funding or change who can use these centers.
