Delaware justice council adds more expert seats

The Delaware Family Justice Center Council now has 12 at-large members, up from 10. The law replaces one combined health-care seat with three separate seats. These represent mental health providers, sexual assault or forensic nurse examiners, and victim service specialists working for police or prosecutors. Council members select the at-large members, who are full members of the Council. Selections must consider geographic diversity and ensure representation for New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties.
