Fewer background checks for marijuana business agents

Delaware removes agents of licensed marijuana businesses and businesses applying for licenses as a separate group required to get background checks. The State Bureau of Identification also removes agents as a separate group whose check results it sends to the Division. Directors, officers, board members, and owners with at least a 10% stake still need fingerprint-based checks. Agents who also fall into another required category still need checks.
