AI barred from medical credentials and titles

In Delaware, nonhuman entities, including AI agents, cannot be certified to practice medicine or licensed as physician assistants. They cannot be licensed for professional nursing or practice advanced practice or practical nursing. They cannot use Doctor (Dr), Physician, Surgeon, Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Physician Assistant (PA). Banned nursing titles include Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). The ban also covers Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
