Stronger penalties for assaulting postal workers

Delaware law adds postal workers to the workers covered by stronger assault protections. Intentionally causing physical injury to a postal worker lawfully doing their job is now second-degree assault, rather than third-degree assault. This adds legal protection for postal workers and increases penalties for people who commit these assaults.
