Felony penalties for Delaware election disruption

The law bans violence, threats of violence, and breaches of peace meant to disrupt elections or vote counting. These bans apply at or near polling places, Delaware Department of Elections offices, or Board of Canvass meetings. They apply on election days or during the reading and counting of votes. Violations are class G felonies. This replaces the prior penalties of fines up to $200, imprisonment up to 2 years, or both.
