Delaware’s child support agency can send a non-custodial parent’s Family Court summons by any mail service with proof of delivery. Options include the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. This delivery lets the court gain legal authority over the parent in the support case. In-person service and appearances by the parent or their lawyer remain valid options.
