Commercial composting allowed, with county limits

Delaware law requires commercial diversion and composting to be allowed on land zoned for agricultural use. This covers yard waste, food scraps, and other organic materials. Counties may limit the area used for these activities. However, they must allow at least 5,000 square feet for every 4 acres of property.
