Insurance records keep existing legal protections

The law preserves existing legal privileges and confidentiality claims when records are shared with Delaware's Insurance Commissioner under § 321. This includes protected information between insurance companies and policyholders or people filing claims. The protection applies whether or not parts of the records are blacked out.
