One more Family Court judge in Sussex County

The law adds one Family Court judge in Sussex County. The court grows from 17 to 18 judges. After appointments, 10 judges live in New Castle, 3 in Kent, and 4 in Sussex. Judges must have lived in Delaware for the past 5 years. The Chief Judge can live in any county, and no more than a one-judge majority may be from the same political party.
