Manufactured-home rent increase rules no longer expire
In Delaware manufactured-home communities, rent increases noticed on or after July 1, 2022, follow the continuing rent calculation rules. The law removes their July 1, 2027, end date and the path back to older rules. Older rules cover notices before July 1, 2022, for leases entered into or renewed after November 30, 2013. Special post-2027 provisions for phased increases and certain rent agreements are also removed. The law sets no specific rent amount or household savings.
