Sixth-class pilots can guide deeper vessels

Delaware raises the vessel draft limit for sixth-class pilots from 27 feet to 29 feet. Draft is how far a vessel extends below the water's surface. Pilots must be able to handle vessels within that limit. The limits for other license classes stay the same.
