Delaware school districts and charter schools must keep policies requiring parent notice when a child experiences or carries out bullying. Schools no longer have to use a Department of Justice form for that notice. Required information no longer includes the School Ombudsman's role and contact details. Notices also no longer have to explain parents' right to know when an incident is reported to the Department of Education.
