Delaware oversight committee counts members attending virtually

Members attending virtually now count toward the quorum for Delaware’s Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee. The quorum remains at least 6 members. No quorum is needed when the only business is hearing a presentation from an entity under review. Passing a proposal still requires a majority of the whole committee, excluding vacant seats. This changes committee procedures, not household benefits, costs, or obligations.
