The law expands Delaware's driver license veteran designation to include Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration veterans. Qualifying services also include the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard. Reserve components and the National Guard are included. Applicants must submit satisfactory proof and have been discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. The Division of Motor Vehicles must add the veteran mark for qualifying applicants; the rest of the process stays unchanged.
