If you get a mailed notice for an unpaid toll, it goes to the DMV address on file. The notice lists the date, time, place, and what happened. To settle it, you must pay the toll. The agency can also add an administrative fee up to $25 for processing. If you do not pay, you become liable on day 61 after the violation was transmitted. This replaces the old 31-day window. The rules apply on DelDOT roads and the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
