Delaware utilities must join solar net metering study

DESEU must complete a statewide cost-benefit study of solar net metering. All electric utilities that offer net metering must take part and share needed data. DESEU works with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, the Division of the Public Advocate, and other stakeholders. The report is due by April 30, 2025, to the Governor, all legislators, the Division of Research, and the Delaware Public Archives.
