Summary

Establishes a cap on the total number of superintendent-level positions within the Department of Education, with certain exceptions. Defines "superintendent-level position". Authorizes the Board of Education to conduct a written performance evaluation of each Complex Area Superintendent every two years. Appropriates funds to establish two Deputy Superintendent positions within the Office of the Superintendent. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
