Amend the definition of "agritourism activity" to exclude any activity that has historically involved the utilization of a working animal; delete the definition of "working animal"; require that an ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation enacted prior to the effective date of this Act remain in effect until replaced or modified; allow a city, town, county, or other political subdivision to adopt or enforce any provision requiring an agritourism activity to comply with minimum standards.
