Geographic Information Council: appointments and protections

For two Governor-appointed seats, the Kentucky League of Cities and the Kentucky Association of Counties now each submit three names, not six. The Governor still picks from those lists. A council member is not liable in civil court for actions done in good faith while doing council duties. These are process and protection changes, not pay or tax changes.

Stronger safety and rules at Kentucky Horse Park

The Kentucky Horse Park Commission can set official rules for how the park runs and is used. Rules can cover safety, decency, public peace, and park operations. The commission president can remove anyone whose conduct threatens the safety or security of attendees. These changes govern park conduct and do not change taxes or benefits.
