Sick leave bank for Eric Iwaniec

The Massachusetts Trial Court establishes a sick leave bank for Eric J. Iwaniec. Department employees may donate one or more sick, personal, or vacation days. Only Eric can use the donated days, and only for the illness or disability that led to the bank; the Department decides if an absence qualifies. If he leaves the Department or asks to end the bank, leftover days move to the extended illness leave bank. Donors do not get days back. The law takes effect upon passage.
