Higher income cap for Ipswich senior tax deferral
Ipswich can raise the income limit for the senior property tax deferral (Clause 41A). The select board must vote to adopt it. The new limit matches the income limits in Chapter 62, Section 6(k) of state tax law. This applies to exemptions for fiscal years starting July 1, 2025 or later.
