Boston police age waiver for Pierre Charles Darius

The law requires Boston Police to waive the maximum hiring age for Pierre Charles Darius. He must meet all other Boston Police hiring rules. If he does, the department must certify his name for original appointment as a police officer. The act takes effect upon passage.
