Hardwick special election results confirmed
This law confirms the Town of Hardwick’s special election held January 18, 2025. All votes and town actions from that election are legal and remain in effect. They count as if the election happened within 90 days after the town meeting that adopted the appropriation. This applies even if other state laws or local bylaws said otherwise. The law takes effect upon its passage.
