New all-alcohol license for Dartmouth market

The law lets Dartmouth issue one extra off‑premise all‑alcohol retail license to Farm and Coast Market at 7-9 Bridge Street. The license is tied to that address and cannot be moved. A new owner at the same address must file letters from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance showing all taxes, fees, and contributions are paid. When this all‑alcohol license is issued, the holder must return its wine‑and‑malt off‑premise license. If the all‑alcohol license ends, is not renewed, or is revoked, it must be returned; the town can reissue it at that address within 3 years or it dissolves. The license must be issued within one year of the law’s passage.
