Broader housing access for Edgartown households

The Edgartown Affordable Housing Trust can fund community housing for households earning up to 180% of Dukes County’s median household income. That limit follows updated income figures reported by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Community Preservation Act funds still follow that Act’s separate income limits. The law does not guarantee housing for every qualifying household.
