Malden city charter rules repealed now

The law repeals Sections 16, 20, 21, 23A, 23C, 23D, 23F, 23G, and 32 of Malden’s 1881 charter. These parts of the charter no longer apply. This may change duties and procedures for city officials and services in Malden. The change takes effect upon passage, so it applies immediately.
