New take-home alcohol license for Hudson shop

The law authorizes one extra license to sell wine and malt to-go for Hudson Hives LLC at 45 Main Street, Suite 203. It follows state alcohol law, except the usual section 17 cap does not apply. The town must issue the license within 3 years of the law’s effective date. The license cannot move to another address. A new applicant at the same address must file good‑standing letters from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance. If the license ends or is not renewed, it must be returned; the town can reissue it at the same address within 3 years or it dissolves.
