Law sets site for Hingham Active Living Center

The law changes about 5.387 acres on Assessor’s Map 77, Lot 1, off Bare Cove Park Drive, from recreation use to be the site of the Hingham Center for Active Living and related uses. It replaces that land by moving about 6.847 acres at 200 High Street from the school committee to the conservation commission. That replacement land is held for conservation under Article 97. Plans dated March 14, 2025 and April 15, 2025 are on file with the town clerk. The act takes effect upon its passage.
