Donated sick leave for Carlos Borges

The Massachusetts Department of Corrections creates a sick leave bank for Carlos Borges. Any Department employee can voluntarily donate one or more sick, personal, or vacation days. Carlos can use donated days only for the illness or disability that led to creating the bank, as decided by the Department. If he leaves the job or asks to close the bank, any days left move to the Department’s extended illness leave bank. This act takes effect upon its passage.
