Norton pays Ryan Asphalt for cemetery work

The Town of Norton treasurer can pay $34,001.00 to Ryan Asphalt Paving, LLC for driveway work at Timothy Plains Cemetery. The payment is allowed even though the town did not follow normal bidding and procurement rules. The money comes from the town’s appropriated funds. This takes effect upon passage.
